Consolidate Attendee Management with Web-based Registration
Web-based registration simplifies attendee management by uniting separate areas - database management, attendee registration, project logs, reporting and financials - onto a single platform.
This solution enables cohesive use of attendee information by our entire organization, whether you are sourcing a specific event, sending invitations to attendees or compiling budgetary reports.
Our onsite staff is equipped with laptops with secure access to live project data during your meeting or conference. Information is stored on off-site servers and protected via secure log-ins, automatic time-outs, and routine back-ups.
Track Attendees via RFID
We offer clients the ability to use RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) at their events. This technology provides clients with quick feedback on which sessions are most popular, what types of people are attending each session and how often attendees are visiting the trade show floor.
Attendees are given ID tags, which communicate with a reader stationed at the door to each meeting room or exhibit hall. As the attendee enters, her profile is captured. The feedback enables meeting managers to develop more compelling meeting content and to become more effective in logistical planning.
